The quilt is fine. Nothing terrible about it, just... I expected more for the price. It feels average, honestly. I’ve seen similar ones for less in other places. Delivery was okay, no issues there. Just doesn’t feel like the best value.

I’m really happy with this quilt. It feels super soft, seems like good quality, and keeps me warm all night. Fair warning though: it’s so comfy that getting out of bed in the morning is a bit harder now.

I ordered from supremequilts.com.au and, umm, the product itself was fine, nothing really wrong with it. But dealing with customer service was a bit frustrating. I sent them a message with a question and ended up waiting days before I heard anything back.

When they finally replied, it felt rushed and didn’t really fix what I was asking about. I had to follow up again, which was annoying. It wasn’t the worst experience, but I definitely expected better communication

I got my quilt from supremequilts.com.au a few weeks ago, mostly because I was so tired of being the one freezing all night while everyone else seemed fine. It’s been really good on colder nights, holding the warmth in without making me wake up all sweaty or uncomfortable.

It feels cosy and properly insulated, and it’s a big step up from my old quilt, which never seemed to do enough for me. I kind of wish I’d bought it sooner, but at least now I’m not lying there feeling like I’m losing the battle against winter every night.

It got here quick and right on time, no complaints. happy with it
